Directs day-to-day operations from Sukamaidan, Skardu, translating institutional priorities into coordinated programmes, partnerships and responsible stewardship of funds.
Programme & Care Teams
Manage medical referrals, ambulance dispatch, scholarship assessments, household distributions, and daily residential care at Dar-e-Fatima, Five Star Boarding House and the Shelter Home.
Community Referral Network
Connects SWF with hospital clinicians, educators and trusted local representatives across Baltistan so support reaches vulnerable families fairly and respectfully.
