How we protect trust

Programme assistance follows documented eligibility and verification processes. Payments, medical subsidies and relief distributions are supported by internal records, with operational and financial responsibilities separated wherever practical. Personal information—especially medical details and records concerning children in residential care—is strictly protected and accessed only by authorized personnel.

We welcome questions, institutional due diligence, and feedback from donors, partners and community members. Any governance enquiry or safeguarding concern can be raised directly with our Skardu office leadership by phone or email for prompt, confidential review.
